Programmable Step Attenuator, DC to 40 GHz with opt 100 / UK6

Agilent 84904L programmable step attenuator offers coaxial measurements to 40 GHz and allows repeatability of better than 0.03 dB. It offers greater than 5 million switching cycles per section and an attenuation range of 0 to 11 dB in 1-dB steps. The 84904L with only 2.4 dB of insertion loss at 40 GHz provides excellent performance and accuracy.
