Keithley DAQ6510 Data Acquisition System (80 Channel)

The Keithley DAQ6510 is precision data acquisition/data logging system with the measurements, functions & traceability of a 6.5 digit DMM plus 80 channels of instrument grade switching. DAQ6510 touchscreen provides simple configuration with visual and intuitive test setups to reduce setup and test time. The most common application is device characterization where a DUT resides in an environmental chamber and is being stressed under varying environmental conditions.

• 2yr specified, full featured, traceable DMM with 0.0025% DCV basic accuracy
• Standard LAN/LXI and USB-TMC communication interfaces
• 12 different switch, RF and control modules to connect to as many as 80 DUTs in one test setup
• Up to 80 2-pole channels of thermocouple, RTD or thermistor temperature measurements
• Scanning speeds as high as 800 channels/second with solid state relay module
• 15 built-in measurement functions and a built-in digitizer
