Keithley DMM6500 Digital Multimeter (6½ digit)

The Keithley DMM6500 is a 6½ digit broad purpose DMM enabling customers to debug, validate, and manufacture their end devices. It's 13 measurement functions including capacitance, temperature (RTD, thermistor and thermocouple), diode test with variable current sources and up to 1MS/sec digitizing are now included. The DMM superior analogue measurement performance delivers 25PPM basic DCV accuracy for one year and 30PPM for two years potentially allowing user to extend calibration cycles.
